Perfect house for a weekend reunion with families with little kids. Tons of bedrooms and bathrooms, a fenced yard with a fire pit and room to run, and a game room.

We had a group of 10 with two small children. The space was great and the kids loved the zipline and space to run around in the yard. We enjoyed dining on the deck as well. The game room was also a hit, albeit a bit loud. No complaints, and I would highly recommend this place to stay if you have a large group.

This place was perfect! A group of girls in our thirties came to celebrate my sister’s bachelorette and we had the best time, from the skee ball machine, to the beautifully themed, clean, and spacious rooms and bathrooms, and the zip line, we enjoyed every inch of this place. The hosts, Andrea and Brian, were readily available and responsive but also so thorough in all their guidelines and even local recommendations. I would book this home again, 100%.

The house was a great fit for our entire family of 10 with room to spare. The yard was a wonderful place for the kids to play. It is located on a quiet street with only 4 houses. It was a short drive to attractions. I highly recommend this rental.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The location was perfect and made everything easy to access. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Andrea was very responsive and helpful. We had a wifi issue and they resolved it right away. The house met the needs of our larger all adult families. Convenient for us to visit downtown each day, the Biltmore and to hike as well as to the airport. The kitchen had everything we needed and we were able to use the garage. And our competitive family loved the game room!

We had such a great stay! Our trip opened with a situation that was entirely out of anyone's control, and Andrea and Brian were communicative and helpful; thank goodness they live nearby! The house was perfect for us- a great layout for all 14 of us, and I really appreciated that they provided supplies for everyone as well. It was nice to stay in a place with enough towels and dining room chairs for the whole group (not a given in some larger Airbnb's). You could tell that Andrea and Brian put thought into the house for actual comfort and use: there was an outlet on each side of the bed, enough hooks to hang towels in the bathroom, hangars in the closet, adequate kitchen utensils, etc. The location was good too- close to stores and Asheville sights, but it still felt a little secluded. The kids LOVED the zipline and the outdoor space. So glad we stayed here!
