With The Corral's luxury furnishings and subtle cowboy-inspired decor, it is the perfect gathering place for bachelor and bachelorette groups, family and school reunions, and corporate and church leadership meetings. While The Corral embraces a Wild West theme, it doesn't skimp on modern conveniences or a clean, polished ambiance. The newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, sleek granite countertops, and all the tools you need to whip up a delicious cowboy-style feast. Or, make it easy and have a meal catered from one of the many nearby restaurants! Either way, you can eat your victuals in the dining room or on the spacious screened-in back deck! The home also features modern bathrooms and a laundry room for your convenience. Two bedrooms feature luxurious king-sized beds along with two twin beds and the other four bedrooms offer a comfortable queen bed. Plenty of seating to unwind in the living room. GETTING HERE This peaceful 4-house neighborhood sits on a private road, less than 9 miles from major sites like The Biltmore Estate and Downtown Asheville. There are no treacherous, windy, twisty, edge-of-cliff mountain roads to get here! It is right off flat main roads. No need to worry! There are no major drop-offs or hard-to-navigate situations! Unlike many Airbnb's in the Asheville area, you won't be gripping the steering wheel with white knuckles or sweating at the brow to get to The Corral. PARKING Driveway space (6 vehicles), additional overflow parking lot nearby. Garage is not accessible to guests. SUPER CLEAN WITH THE GUEST IN MIND With your health and well-being in mind, The Corral is thoroughly cleaned by the same professionals before each check-in! The Corral is our private home, so you will find personal photos on the walls and other family touches. However, we will pack up most of our personal belongings and store them in locked spaces. As the closets will be largely unavailable to you, we have made provisions for hanging clothes on hooks or clothing racks. Due to sanitation and safety, we do not provide grills at our properties. The Corral does not have a crib or high chair. ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATIONS We have a strict maximum guest count of 16 at each of our properties. If you need even more space, check out our other Airbnb offerings! The Nest, which also sleeps 16, is located directly across from The Corral and The Hive, another 16, is just next door to The Nest! All three houses are clustered conveniently together within 75 feet. We are looking forward to hosting your group! We are seasoned Airbnb hosts with excellent reviews!

KNOW PEOPLE IN OR AROUND ASHEVILLE? If anyone in your group lives within 45 miles of Asheville or plans to visit local friends or relatives, please reach out prior to booking to ensure that the nature of your visit complies with our rules. HOUSE RULES 1. Please do not wear dirty shoes and do not bring food or drinks on carpeted or upholstered areas. 2. Neighborhood quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM and are strictly enforced. 3. Visitors are not allowed, unless included in the formal reservation count. 4. Pets are not allowed. 5. Smoking is not allowed. 6. Due to insurance requirements, Airbnb guests are prohibited from using play equipment on neighboring property. 7. We do not allow children at The Corral. FIREPLACE The indoor gas fireplace is not available to guests. BEDS The home sleeps 16 guests in beds. While the maximum occupancy is 16 (no exceptions), additional sleeping accommodations (two large plush couches in the living room on the main level and an additional sleeper sofa on the lowest level) provide flexibility for different types of group dynamics. STAIRS The property requires the use of stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT We are unable to accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts. We honor our advertised check-in (after 3:00 PM) and checkout (before 10:00 AM) schedule. Thank you, in advance, for not requesting an exception to this policy. The small private road The Corral sits on is actually a sweet little shared driveway among four houses, including two Airbnb's (The Nest and The Hive) and two residences, our own (The Corral) and our long-time neighbor's. It is a straight, slightly uphill driveway. The slope is very manageable; We've never had any complaints. The approach is not in the least bit sketchy.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire house, excluding the garage, outdoor storage area under the deck, and closets. As this is our primary home, these areas will store our personal belongings during your stay.
